Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage involving the use of hands, forearms or elbows during the massage.
Long massage strokes follow the direction of blood flow toward the heart to stimulate blood circulation in addition to relieving muscle tension, increasing circulation, range of motion and enhanced relaxation. As an added benefit, Swedish Massage improves muscle injury recovery time by speeding up the removal of lactic acid, uric acid, and other metabolic wastes. The increased blood circulation carries the toxins away from the tissues to organs such as the kidneys and lungs where they are expelled from the body

Trigger points are areas of tenderness or “knots” that are pinpoint specific and often refer pain to other areas of your body. Your Massage Therapist can apply gentle, but firm pressure directly to these trigger points and massage the surrounding areas to customize your massage.

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep pressure on the contracted areas.
Deep tissue massage is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct deep pressure across the grain of the muscles while breaking up and eliminating scar tissue. Deep tissue massage usually focuses on more specific areas and may cause some soreness during or right after the massage.

Reflexology is focused mainly on the feet and hands. It is a method of stimulating the reflex points which relax and rejuvenate each and every part of the body. Massaging the pressure points in the feet and hands allows the nerve network to boost the immune system and improve the physical body.
Reflexology has been shown to relieve stress, pain reduction and headaches

Cranial Sacral therapy is a deeply relaxing yet very powerful hands-on method of releasing restrictions in the cranial sacral system to improve function of the central nervous system.
This gentle, noninvasive form of treatment deals with the movement of the fluid surrounding the skull and spine.
It is effective for a wide range of problems associated with pain and dysfunction, such as, migraines, chronic neck & back pain, chronic fatigue, stress & tension, Fibromyalgia, TMJ and post-traumatic stress disorder.

Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and edema (or swelling).

In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension -- which aids in better sleep -- and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

King James Version (KJV)

1 Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?

2 He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

3 He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

4 In whose eyes a vile person is condemned; but he honoureth them that fear the Lord. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

5 He that putteth not out his money to usury, nor taketh reward against the innocent. He that doeth these things shall never be moved.
